- You’ve worked professionally on a team building for the web for 5+ years
- Should be comfortable with advanced React concepts such as performance profiling and render optimization
- Should be comfortable with designing and implementing complex application architecture with a focus on reusability and performance
- Should be comfortable with building and maintaining reusable code components
- Should be familiar with UI design tools and workflows using Sketch or Figma to build mockups and high fidelity prototypes
- Should be comfortable building and maintaining unit and integration test suites
- Should be comfortable leading the scoping and development efforts of a front end team, and with mentoring more junior engineers
- You know your way around AWS, and how to tie web services together
- You believe in open and honest communication with your team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of learning
- You're willing to take chances and try out new technologies and techniques to solve problems
